Biographie
I am a post-doc researcher working in the areas of data analytics, information-matching in Big Data, analysis of geospatial data (gps), the use of machine learning for prediction in time series, anomaly detection, banking fraud detection and scheduling/timetabling.
Before HEIG-VD, I studied Mathematics (BA / MA Hons) at Cambridge University followed by a Masters (Part III/CASM/MMath) and a PhD at Imperial College, London in the field of Combinatorial Optimization and Operational Research. I have worked as a post-doc at Imperial College and as a principal scientist for the UK Department for Work and Pensions. I also maintain my personal web site.
